Shipment Issues

Damaged in Shipment

Once the delivered product has arrived. Immediately take detailed video and or photos. Open the box and take more detailed video/ photos and do not further tamper with the product by opening or removing its contents. (Try keeping videos short for emails)

Send us an email to set things right! For any of these issues, please title your email as, "DAMAGED," on the subject line of the email with your packing list information.

Include detailed photos/ video proof of the issue in the attachments. Please Email us and we will respond as soon as possible to resolve and remediate the issue.

This must be reported within 2 days from Delivery date. After opening the delivered product. Do not tamper with the product by opening or removing its contents until the claim is cleared.

Incorrect product received

​​

Once the delivered product has arrived and you realized it is incorrect and not matching your packing list. Email us immediately within 2 days from Delivery Date. Title the email, "WRONG," then provide your order information with detailed photos/ video proof  of the issue in the attachments. Do not further tamper with the product by opening or removing its contents until the claim is cleared.

We will respond as soon as possible to resolve and remediate the issue.
